Free shipping applies to orders $350 and over.

All orders are Delivery Duties Paid and we ship with a DHL courier, with an expected delivery time frame of 2-3 business days from dispatch.

All orders are processed and dispatched within two business days, subject to payment clearance and stock availability.

All orders require a signature upon delivery and as such we are unable to ship to a PO Box or Parcel Locker. You might like to use a business address if your home address is unattended.

You can track the current status of your package by logging into ‘My Account’ and selecting the order or by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email.

During Sale periods at Jac+ Jack it may take a little longer to deliver your order.
